Front Man Leo Nash from the world-famous rock band, Nash, is the last person on earth Samantha Williams would trust. She's already learned about loving a celebrity the hard way and isn't signing up for another lesson.

Every time Sam gives Leo attitude, he wants to knock that chip off her fragile little shoulder. What the hell did he ever do to her, anyway? He's not used to women treating him like he's poisonous, and he isn't about to let her run away every time he gets close. He's had enough of people running away to last him a lifetime...when this one runs, he gives chase. But, catching Sam isn't as hard as he thought.

The sexual attraction between them is so thick, Sam can practically hold it in her hand. There's no way she can deny herself the promise of pleasure being with Leo would provide.

But, pleasure always comes with pain and when secrets are revealed and trust is challenged, who will run and who will chase?

First things first: Why the hell haven't I read the With Me in Seattle series before now?! I own the first books in the series, so I have no excuse there. And seriously, I had no idea these books were so HOT. <--- Nice surprise! I may be late to the show, but I am now a big fan of the series. Even though I jumped into the series late, I was able to quickly pick up on the dynamic between Leo and Sam and the leading characters from the previous books. Yeah, I sometimes had to sort through the dialogue and place who in the group was related and how, how the friendships worked, and so on, but that didn't really hinder my reading experience. It just makes me want to go back and devour the first three books and novella.

Okay, so back to Rock With Me... This book was really, really good! I loved the writing and the story. I love how the story just takes off and never really slows down. Sam and Leo were both fun, sexy and intense. I love that neither is into playing games or being coy about what they want and need. Sam was beyond stubborn, and could have easily veered into annoying, but with both being such up-front, no BS characters, that didn't happen. The drama between them was just right, and the angst was held to a nice, easy-to-take level.

So I mentioned before that Rock With Me was hot, and what a nice surprise that was for me. I just really loved how aggressive Sam and Leo were with one another, how they did not play games. Sam was a woman who is completely comfortable with her body and her sexuality, and wow, was that a nice change. I loved that she could be soft, she could be rough, or anywhere in between, and there were no apologies or shame. WIN. And holy geez, Leo was one sexy man, and so possessive!  I know possessiveness can have negative connotations, but if written just the right way, with the passion, love, and reverence Leo held for Sam, it is so sexy. And lemme just add, lip rings have never been so sexy.

Rock With Me was a story of passion, respect, and love. I am so happy that I finally discovered how great the With Me in Seattle series is, and I cannot wait to read more about these fantastic characters.

"Ten Things You Don't Know About Leo"

This is a fun guest post! Thanks for having me! Hmm… ten things we don’t know about Leo. I guess we ALL know he’s sexy, right? Let’s see… I think I’ll turn it over to him.

Leo… seriously? If I say too much, Sam will have my balls. Fuck. Okay, these aren’t too personal.

10. Learned to play both the piano and guitar by the time he was six.

9. Favorite breakfast cereal is Cap’n Crunch.

8. Has eighteen individual tattoos.

7. Boob man. *gets distracted while thinking about Sam’s boobs*

6. Know my way around a toolbox. What can I say? I’m a handy guy.

5. Favorite music artist of all time is Johnny Cash. That man was a fucking genius.

4. Despite living in the music scene for so long, I’ve never done drugs. Women and booze, yes, but drugs, no.

3. I have not one cavity in my head. Perfect teeth.

2. My great-grandfather was a composer and director at the New York Philharmonic.

1. Favorite sexual position: against the wall, Sam’s legs wrapped around my waist. Fuck, don’t tell her I told you that.

Thanks for hosting Kristen and I today. You guys rock!
