Or "Not every book is for every person?"
I can only judge a book based on my opinion. My opinion is: I loved Requiem for the Devil.
Better luck next time.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08355438390442316391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3769483260772738867.post-78643709874589395382011-12-28T17:34:50.877-08:002011-12-28T17:34:50.877-08:00I stumbled upon this book while browsing around on...I stumbled upon this book while browsing around online. The idea for the story seemed interesting and the reviews were good. My decision to buy it was based on this information. Just her Shift series which is on my wishlist.I'm also the same as you I won't accept anything religion wise without question it to bits. I need logic. I'd be interested in reading this one!

Giselle
Xpresso ReadsGisellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16953187386418088952noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3769483260772738867.post-68693041569835005052011-12-22T16:47:04.457-08:002011-12-22T16:47:04.457-08:00I hadn't ever heard of this one, but it does s...I hadn't ever heard of this one, but it does sound interesting. The Devil and redemption? Well, that is an interesting concept, even if it's way outside my religious construct. Still, I don't think it'd be some sort of anti-Christian book, just a unique way of seeing things.

Great review!Cathy Keatonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18356112948372149785noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3769483260772738867.post-48923478055342823622011-12-22T12:53:49.440-08:002011-12-22T12:53:49.440-08:00Such a great review--thanks for the heads up on th...Such a great review--thanks for the heads up on this book, since it wasn't on my radar! I really liked Shade (although I wasn't as huge a fan of Shift), so I'm going to have to check this one out.Wendy Darlinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13471461156849725177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3769483260772738867.post-48767344107819606502011-12-22T10:28:06.685-08:002011-12-22T10:28:06.685-08:00you know, I really love Jeri-Smith Ready but I ahv...you know, I really love Jeri-Smith Ready but I ahve never heard about this one before! thanks you so much for sharing!!! I find myself doing that alot. but total opposite, b/c I'm as far from religious as you can get. I was never brought up with it in my life, there for it makes no sense to me. <--- which I'm hesitant to admit because when religion comes up, there is tons of judging and debating that happens.

So I try to stay away from any book with religious... cause some can come off as preachy, if not anti.. the whole subject doesn't interest me at all.

This book does, however, I really need to read more of her stuff. I have only read shade so far. I like idea of questioning.. I enjoy books that do that, where it's not just cut and dry, but their own interperention or possibilities, if you know what i'm talking about. I'm probably not making any sense. lol

but that's okay.. these new chips are pretty delish. #lunchbreakAprilhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08860029277147120060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3769483260772738867.post-66899319428253312822011-12-22T09:51:22.790-08:002011-12-22T09:51:22.790-08:00That sounds like a very interesting book!
